The staff was amazing. They were pretty good for us. i loved our stay, and the hotel was beautiful!!!
i had already stayed at the hotel in 2023, and the experience was different this time. the bed was poorly made, and they never refilled shampoo or shower gel.

the staff were mostly friendly and always ready to help.
my room wasn't very clean, I saw hair in the bathroom when i arrived and the floor seemed Dusty. the breakfast options were also disappointing, very little Variety and the food did not taste fresh. the spa access had an extra charge and that was Annoying.

the room designs were just fine and very well thought out. daily complimentary breakfast was excellent!!! i found the staff, especially maria and demitris, super cute and professional. the four standout points for me were the cleanliness, the handheld bidet sprayer in the toilet, the amazing design, and the cute staff.

our room was spacious with comfortable furnishings and a fabulous sea view. a fab hot tub was located on our balcony. the room offered supreme cleanliness and a refreshing sense of elegance.

The staff at reception were very friendly. Breakfast included a great selection of options. I also appreciated the location, it was within reasonable walking distance of the city center.
The housekeeping service could have been better. I had to ask for the floor to be mopped each time. I also needed to request water and coffee refills. I also found that the gym access required an extra fee, unexpected! The sauna and jacuzzi were not freely accessible.
